Workflow is based on small amounts of progress done daily in weekdays and notable amounts of progress on weekends.

WIPs are shared by Discord or email at least once a week at various stages of your commission for potential early revisions and feedback.

All gaming assets are tested for both functionality, fluid animation, and stylistic consistency with your references prior to checkout.

Because I do accept bulk orders, high complexity requests, and long term clients, the deadlines are highly varied. It should be noted that most commissions are completed within one [1] month.

My primary platform for communication is Discord, followed by my business e-mail.

Incoming messages are answered as soon as possible, within 24 hrs at the latest.

In the case of lack of acknowledgement to a WIP or lack of reply to a request for feedback, I will put the commission on hold indefinitely.

Payments are made through PayPal, Venmo, Wise, or Cashapp at checkout for first time clients.

A prepayment of at least 50% estimated costs upfront is required for first time clients.

Long-term work and flexible payment plans are available upon request after your first $100 spent with me.

Estimated price ranges do not reflect the final price range. Extra fees and upcharges will apply if the commission has high complexity, animation issues, excessive revisions, or add-on requests. I will warn you ahead of time if this has the potential of happening.

NO refunds after checkout. You will be shown an altered preview of your commission right before checkout as a new client.

Reoccurring clients will have a more complete preview of their commission before checkout.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time and issue a refund.

I provide opportunities for free and premium revisions during the early and midway WIPs phases.

Complex or major revisions during this stage = extra charge

Long term clients have more chances of free revisions.

Additional revisions or major changes after checkout = extra charge.

AI & NFT Ban: You may not, under any circumstances, use my artwork or any part of it on non-fungible tokens (NFT) or cryptomining, or AI training networks.

Do NOT use my art for political, hateful, or harmful purposes.

Do not request for NSFW content or edit the work into NSFW unless you purchased a full copyright transfer.

IronUdon keeps the copyright to all artwork unless a full buyout is purchased.

Buying a commercial license = permission to use, not ownership transfer.

A Full Copyright Transfer of your commission is available upon request.

The commissioned artwork/asset is 100% yours for life and I lose all rights in exchange for an extra charge.

IronUdon reserves all rights as the artist to distribute, reproduce and use any artwork created for self-promotion or sampling purposes.

If you wish for your commission/purchase to remain private (i.e. not published on social media or portfolio), please mention this at inquiry.

Usage terms are not the same as a full copyright transfer—IronUdon still own the art unless stated otherwise.

I reserve the right to use any rejected sketches in personal projects or other commissions.

Unless requested, all commissions and shop purchases will have Personal Usage Rights by default.

Definition: The client can use the artwork for their own non-commercial, non-profit purposes.

Put into a hobbyist fangame

Use as a profile picture

Share on social media with proper credit.

Print a copy for yourself (as long as it’s not for sale).

Use as a Desktop/phone wallpapers.

Make any form of profit. Sell prints, merch, NFTs, or anything that earns money or currency.

Redistribute the art

Use in advertisements or business branding.

Claim that you made it.

Definition: The client can use the artwork for online content that generates income or promotes something that does. The artwork itself is not the primary reason of profit.

Use the artwork in monetized digital content (e.g., YouTube thumbnails/videos, Twitch overlays, emotes, banners, Tik-Tok video under the creator fund).

Use it on a business website or social media page.

Put in a free videogame that accepts donations

Resell the digital artwork itself (e.g., as stock art, clipart, or templates).

Transfer the rights to a third party without my consent.

This is not the same as full copyright transfer—IronUdon still own the art unless stated otherwise.

Definition: The client uses the art on physical products they sell or distribute for profit. The artwork itself is the primary source of profit

Print the artwork on physical items for sale (stickers, shirts, plushies, keychains, prints, packaging, etc.).

Use the artwork as an asset in a sellable video game

Claim the artwork as your own or modify it without permission.

Mass-produce beyond the agreed amount or without royalties
